At Eastleigh we like to ensure our meals are a form of enjoyment rather than just serving a purpose. Where we can we like to ensure our ingredients are locally sourced, organic and traceable and when it comes to the beef Mr Wilson rears the cows personally and follows the process right through from calving to feeding and delivering the meat to each of the homes.
