Sharon is passionate about building meaningful relationships with residents and takes great pride in supporting their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing. She loves sharing light-hearted moments, having a chat, and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives every day. Working alongside a supportive team and seeing the positive impact of her care is what makes her role so rewarding.

🌻✨ THEY'RE HOME! ✨🌻
After weeks of careful nurturing behind the scenes, our sunflowers have officially returned to Eastleigh and we've gone for full-on impact! 🌻💛
What started as tiny seeds planted by our residents has now become a wonderful display around the home. From beautiful pots at the front entrance to colourful displays throughout our gardens and outdoor spaces, our sunflowers are taking pride of place for everyone to enjoy.
Residents have loved following their journey from seed to plant, and it's been fantastic to see them reunited with their growing sunflowers as they settle into their new sunny homes around Eastleigh.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped care for them along the way. Now the countdown begins until those beautiful yellow blooms appear! 🌻☀️

What a special afternoon we had at the care home today 💙
We were delighted to welcome the Morris dancers to perform for one of our wonderful residents, who used to be a Morris dancer himself. It brought back so many memories and created such a meaningful moment to share together.

🌟 Meet the Team Monday – Tatiana 🌟
This week, we are delighted to introduce Tatiana, one of our dedicated Care Assistants who has been a valued member of the Eastleigh family since 2017.
Tatiana is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents every day. She believes that even the smallest acts of kindness – a warm smile, a friendly conversation, or simply being there to listen – can make a huge difference. Providing comfort, companionship and reassurance to residents is what she enjoys most about her role, and she takes great pride in helping people feel safe, valued and cared for.
When asked about her dream destination, Tatiana shared that she would love to visit Scotland one day. As a keen photographer, she is inspired by the thought of capturing Scotland’s stunning landscapes, historic castles and beautiful natural scenery through her camera lens.
Outside of work, Tatiana enjoys spending time outdoors exploring on her bike and making the most of the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. She is also incredibly creative and loves crafting beautiful flowers from jute, a hobby that requires patience, skill and attention to detail. Photography is another passion of hers, and she enjoys capturing special moments and beautiful places wherever she goes.
Tatiana's kindness, compassion and positive attitude make her a much-loved member of our team, and we are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication she brings to Eastleigh every day.
