Rossiter House is a magnificent Georgian building adjacent to Eastleigh Care Home, where we have built a justifiable reputation for the warmth and quality of our accommodation, where you can feel secure in the knowledge that you’re in good hands.
At Rossiter House we aim to provide convenient and comfortable accommodation in a setting which allows residents to have the freedom to come and go as they please, whilst giving security, friends and share a wider social life through use of the facilities provided by Eastleigh.
It has been tastefully modernised and converted into 5 apartments, where many of the original features have been maintained to enhance the character of each apartment. Each luxury apartment will accommodate a twin en-suite bedroom, an open plan living area, with a fully integrated kitchen. Residents are positively encouraged to bring their own furniture and sentimental possessions to the spacious apartment, which has been individually finished with colours from the Laura Ashley range.
Situated in the market town of South Molton in the heart of the Devon countryside, Rossiter House is ideally placed for both the magnificent Exmoor National Park and the beautiful North Devon coastline. It is easily accessible, being only 30 minutes from junction 27 of the M5. All within walking distance are local shops, post office, library, tea shop, church and various places to eat.
Residents can choose to cater for themselves or take advantage of the excellent cuisine available just a short stroll away in Eastleigh. Equally they can spend as much, or as little, time as they may choose socialising with the residents in Eastleigh. Although Rossiter House works in conjunction with Eastleigh Care Homes it is not registered with the Care Quality Commission and we cannot provide care to those residing in Rossiter House.
Weekly fee from £250.00 (dependant on apartment), which includes all heating, lighting, laundry and 24 hour housekeeping facility.
Additional Charges:-
Domestic Help £7.30 per half hour
Full Meal Service £105.00 per week (£15.00 per day)
Additional services available at Eastleigh Care Homes include hairdressing, chiropody, physiotherapy, reflexology and aromatherapy. These are offered at agreed rates with the relevant parties.
Should a more regular care package be required, an external care provider would need to be sought by the client.
